Former lead strategist for Bill Clinton’s 1992 presidential campaign James Carville said on Tuesday’s broadcast of MSNBC’s “Hardball” that President Donald Trump was “the greatest threat this country has faced since the fall of communism.”
Carville said, “I think that Trump and Trumpism is the greatest threat this country has faced since the fall of communism. And the only way to deal with it is to defeat it. If Michael Bennet is a Democratic nominee, you’re going do get 55 percent of the popular vote and pick up 55 Senate seats. It will be the end of Trumpism. Trumpism doesn’t have to just be defeated at the polls. It’s got to be decimated. It’s got to look like a beat — it’s got to look like Clemson looked like night. Beat and ready to quit. Michael Bennet is the best choice among any Democrat to accomplish that.”
He added, “This is not a normal environment. These Democrats know it’s their responsibility to save this country. If that’s what you want to do, then Michael Bennet is your choice.”

Exactly! I’d venture to guess we were more threatened BEFORE the fall of Communism.
He is the greatest threat to the Deep State, that’s for sure.

A little Freudian slip there, maybe? Carville didn’t use the word, “America”. He said, “this country”. The author just imputes “America” to him.
Even SerpentHead sees that the DNC has moved so far left, they are in serous trouble of loosing very badly.
Their plan to have Biden win and then him putting Hillary back in at the State Dept is gone.
Most important, his Clinton gravy train is now a train wreck.
Notice the dims like to use the word “rule” instead of govern.
Valerie Jarrett told some media drone that Obama was ready to rule on day one. Guess the media is ok with a ruler instead of a President.
The increasing hysterics has to reach some form of fatigue at some point.
I hear the rants, the raves, the hyperbole. Trump will... destroy the country, kill innocents, destroy the planet, kill all life on the planet, cause the sun to go super nova and destroy the solar system!
What I never hear is why. When considering what’s been done under President Trump, restore national identity, begin to secure the border, kill terrorists, greatly improve the economy by any measure and on and on.
I sincerely would like an explanation of what they think it is that is the big threat? President Trump isn’t perfect, on occasion his facts are suspect, and he’s very direct, sometimes even a bit crude. I will gladly take that along with what he’s doing for us.

Only Trump winning kept this from happening.
