I have been farming for 45 years and I think you are an idiot. Would like to attend the EcoFarm conference but big rain event coming tonight, heading out the door before light, will be covering ground till after dark. Sucks to be a white guy.

Does that mean they are going to recruit whites and Indians out of Silicon Valley to work the Pajaro fields?
Farmers used to worry about the weather and the price that they can get for the crops. Now they worry about Cultural diversity? Wow, farming used to be hard if they have time to worry about social justice now.
The eco movement in general is so overwhelmingly WHITE. Oh sure occasionally an “organic” farmer’s market may pop up in Harlem, East LA, Newark, etc that are mainly patronized by Whites fron surrounding gentrified neighborhoods, and once in a while the Cong Black Caucus squawks about some eco issue. But when was the last time a Brother saved a whale? 0bama? Sure, only because he owed the tree huggers big time. The Sierra Club, WWF, PETA, Friends of the Earth etc may as well be “Whites only” clubs. Hell, I’ve seen more diversity at a NASCAR race.
The communist revolution in America has seeped into every aspect of politics,culture,science,sports,religion,schools etc. etc. It needs to be purged from America and deemed illegal afterwards. I can still dream. Can’t I?
People of color (colored people? What’s the difference?) don’t care. Farming is hard work. The overseers in a future marx-o-crat administration force you to hire non working diversity types.
What do they mean by gender diversity in farming?
South Africa wanted to diversify their farms by returning white confiscated land to the original black owners or their descendants.
The black families preferred cash to land more than 90 percent of the time.

This is so freakin' ridiculous, I had to read it twice. Now the diversitynazis are targeting FARMS? Do they think the ears of corn care who picks them, or the cows will rebel at being milked by white farmers? What does the color or religion of a farmer have to do with their producing food? I would think their primal relationship is to the land, not to who else is farming nearby.

I think this is worse than communism. It’s a mental disease that has infected huge portions of the white race called “white guilt”. These are self loathing humans who would gladly flagellate themselves to relieve their guilt.
The mental disease is egalitarianism. We are all equal, therefore equality has to be enforced everywhere.
Zimbabwe ran the white Dutch farmers off the land & GAVE it to the blacks....some of whom had been employees of the white farmer.
Before that directive, Zimbabwe raised enough food to EXPORT over 80% to surrounding countries.
NOW-—Zimbabwe IMPORTS over 90% of everything they need each & every day....and those surrounding countries no longer get anything from Zimbabwe.
