At least since then. I seem to remember that his wife was photographed lying on the floor of Studio 54, in a drunken/drugged stupor, with her skirt hiked up and no panties on. Youd think that even in the Seventies, this wouldve been a big deal, for the wife of a prime minister to be photographed thusly. Apparently not, the rot was already well set in.
