I think the whole Bolton brouhaha is just a misdirection. He has nothing important to add and Trump doesn't really care if he testifies. They're letting them build it up and build it up and build it up, then finally Bolton will raise his hand and say, "I never spoke to the president about Ukraine and Biden."

Oh, and Romney's not in on the ruse. He's as dopey and out of the circle of knowledge as Schiff and Pelosi.
