885 miles First Term!
That means another 376 more miles of barrier going in to places we haven't heard yet.
Since we are working down a priority list, 885 miles of barrier is going to accomplish nearly everything that barrier is needed for, in the Comprehensive Plan for Full Operational Control of the Southern Border.
It is a very good bet that this massive rollout of barrier is matched by a greater (in mileage terms) roll out of technology.
Bottom Line: A solid job of effectively securing the whole Southern Border in the first term - the rest will be relatively minor.

Keep building the wall and keep appointing judges. Five more years of this, and we’ll be getting somewhere.

By spring of 2022
Exactly when it should be done, some now, some later - so it remains a potent issue in the 2020 election.
Too much winning is actually a thing, as if you win too much, too quickly, then voters tend to forget about that and focus on other issues in the next election.

"The plans indicate that this new boost of funding would allow the administration to build about 885 miles of new fencing by spring of 2022"
2022 is not within Trump's first term.
