American troops are in the process of clearing debris and rubble from an area the size of a football stadium Monday at a military base in western Iraq that was hit by Iranian airstrikes.
The attack on the Ain al-Asad base last Wednesday, where about 1,500 American and coalition forces are stationed, was carried out in retaliation for the killing of Iranian Revolutionary Guards Gen. Qassem Soleimani. An Associated Press crew touring the facility Monday saw damaged military trailers as well as forklifts lifting rubble and loading it onto trucks.
“There were more than 10 large missiles fired and the impact hit several areas along the airfield,” said Col. Myles Caggins, a spokesman for the U.S.-led coalition fighting Islamic State militants in Iraq and Syria.
He added that the explosions at the base, which is about 110 miles west of Baghdad, created large craters, knocked over concrete barriers and destroyed facilities that house dozens of soldiers.

Like I said they either missed or their missiles suck.
Their missiles have a CEP of about one earth hemisphere.
What warhead weight were on these missiles?
The only thing I read early on was 1000 and 2000 lb warheads.
Obviously, ours don’t.
We will (hopefully, if security is as it should be) never know for sure but the rumors are that we put an AGM-114R9X aka “flying ginsu” thru the roof of his vehicle, doing a slice and dice on everyone inside. Then put a few explosive rounds into it later to make it look good for the cameras.
Iran warmed the US a few hours in advance so everyone was evacuated.
Then why give a heads up to the US long enough to get the US military guys out?

So now it’s clear what happened. The 15 Iranian missles hit their target within a 100 yard area and buildings used for habitation. Just as accurate as their attack on the Saudi oil fields. So much for the intentional miss theory. We also learned that our satellite imaging detected the missle launch preparations. What was not revealed is how we knew where the missles would strike so that the targeted area could be evacuated. Was it a WAG (wild assed guess), SOP, communications intercept or human intelligence? I’m sure Iranian Intelligence is trying to determine this for themselves.
Their military obviously must have saner people than the mullahs.

The difference this time is we have a President who supports the popular uprising.
If/when President Trump gets reelected, the mullahs will be gone before the end of his second term.
