You're right. As it is, good girls are pressured and enticed by bad girls to indulge in promiscuity. It's in style. If nothing else works to convince a virgin, they'll put a drug in her drink. Such cases are difficult to investigate and prosecute. Some police are even libertines now, making those situations more difficult for victims and their families.

Legalized or not, it's still criminal activity. Criminal minds refuse to consider consequences.

Very few people are forced into any legal line of work, for the simple reason that they have no disincentive to go to the authorities and report the forcers.
