You're right. As it is, good girls are pressured and enticed by bad girls to indulge in promiscuity. It's in style. If nothing else works to convince a virgin, they'll put a drug in her drink. Such cases are difficult to investigate and prosecute. Some police are even libertines now, making those situations more difficult for victims and their families.
Legalized or not, it's still criminal activity. Criminal minds refuse to consider consequences.

Agree. All this means is that guys won't get arrested.
One of my bosses son was arrested in my hometown and it got in the newspapers.
