A Queensland university student who took part in a controversial protest against drag queens at a children's event has died.
Wilson Gavin, the head of University of Queensland's Liberal National Club, was among those filmed chanting "drag queens are not for kids" in a video that quickly went viral on Sunday.
It's understood Gavin was found dead on Monday morning. His death is not being treated as suspicious.

You can tell a brain dead liberal journalist is at the helm when the term “controversial” is appended to the most basic of commonsense activities.
Notice that “drag queens at a children’s event” is NOT controversial, according to this author.
I really feel bad for the kid. He was doing the right thing but came up against some of the hardest hitters against him.
The media needs to take partial blame for his death
So this was apparent suicide. This kid was viciously attacked by the tolerant Twitter mob. All manner of threats. They went after his school as well, of course. The icing on the cake is that after his suicide, his own aunt, while eulogizing him, called his actions at the library despicable.
Also to clarity the title of the article a bit :

and he was young not sure himself between right and wrong. He was right though didn’t have the strength to hold on
The vitriol, the social media pile on, was intense. Also, he was being blamed for the suicides of trans youth (that is propaganda ploy), not that he had any connection to any such case.
