Imo Harry should stay in the UK and explore his options for getting Archie back. I might be wrong but this looks like a plan to advance Meghan with no thought given for anyone else.
The Queen has legal custody of Archie. Harry will always be able to get him back.

Legally, the Queen has ultimate custody of all grandchildren. That's why the scheming Meghantoinette has fled to Canada with the child and isn't standing beside Harry as he meets with his family to try to work out an exit strategy. It's extortion/blackmail. The Crown would have to make an international incident to kidnap the child back from her. Pitiable Harry is emotionally ill, spoiled, not very bright, had no higher ediuation, and is spiritually ignorant; Megan (rhymes with Fagin) is taking full advantage.
And on her side, the Obama/Oprah cabal is taking full advantage of Meghan to undermine the Crown. All this has been planned well in advance; Michelle introduced this grifter to Harry in the first place.
