The crown does extend to Canada, at least the English speaking part of it, so I’m not sure about the legalities. One thing I do know is that if the New IRA is anything like the old IRA, Harry and Meghan had better bear in mind that they are going to both be targets. I hope they are careful.

I’m not a fan of Meghan and it seems likely that she is going to try to parlay her status into Hollywood stardom. In a perfect world that would mean more funding for British film companies to teach Hollywood a well deserved lesson but somehow I have the feeling that nothing good is going to come of any of this. I hope I’m wrong.

Legal custody depends on the nationality of the parents and in certain courts what the law is where the child was born.I n UK, grandchildren of the Crown belong to the Crown. Queen and Harry can sue for custody in UK courts (slam dunk); but Markle’s claim is murkier, since she has not been a U.S. resident for awhile.

Archie was supposedly born in UK; but they hid the birth and would not disclose any detail of it, including who the godparents were, where it took place and who the doctors were. Again, completely against royal protocol. Not only is something up, but it was long pre-planned.
