If your home isn’t carbon neutral, Elizabeth Warren might not let you build it. And if that means no new homes get built, she’s OK with that.
In an appearance on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” on Wednesday, the Massachusetts senator and fading presidential candidate talked about her Thunberg-lite plan to help end climate change. (Climate crisis? Catastrophe? What are we going with these days?)
She promised “to do everything a president can do all by herself, that is, the things you don’t have to do by going to Congress.” This includes putting an end to energy mining and drilling on federal lands or offshore and “not having a coal lobbyist as head of the Environmental Protection Agency.”
You might not be surprised to learn that’s a dig at Andrew Wheeler, President Donald Trump’s EPA administrator, who was previously an attorney representing a coal producer.
Warren then moved on to her plan for housing, which she said was borne out of the dire predictions scientists have been making.
“What scares me is every time you go back to the scientists, they tell you two things,” the senator said. “It’s worse than we thought, and we have less time.

Elizabeth Warren reminds me of one of those crazy old ladies from the Trailer Park getting off of a charter bus on a tour to Vegas to drop a purseload in the penny slots and can’t stop blabbering negative whiny jibberish constantly while everyone within earshot cringes and moves away

She knows that in order to get the nomination she has to out-wacko every other wacko on her side. Problem will be walking back all this during the general.
Part of the plan to pack people into urban areas like sardines.

Why anyone believed this lying SOB in the beginning is beyond logic, but then again the Democrats have had more than their fair share of psychopathic liars in Congress (Harkin, Ted Kennedy, Blumenthal, John Kerry, Joe Biden, Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi, and now Warren, amongst others. Won’t even begin to mention Schumer, Schiff, Swallswell, Waters, Lee-Jackson, Whitehouse, Hironi, etc.
Someone should drop a house on her.
She’d be SOL if she lost her house to a lightning strike or something.
I think we need to build hundreds of thousands of sturdy mini houses with solar panels and hot solar water solar systems.(Which work, actually, even in the winter except during blizzards, in which case propane could be used as a back up.)
They should have strict noise abatement regulations, so that one neighbor with a barking dog or a wind chime, or revving their motors,etc, cannot disturb the peace.
Something like that would actually be doable.
And yet the dumbing down of America (Common Core) continues.
