The Democrites really had a bone for Eleni Roumel - probably because she's Federalist Society.

I was glad Roumel finally got confirmed.
There are very few awaiting confirmation on the Senate Floor at this point, most got returned to the President. I think the 5th Circuit nominee will not be renominated. Brascher for the 11th circuit has already been resubmitted by the President. There are 22 nominees pending presently, most at the Judicial Committee hearing stage.
On The Senate floor
District Court:
Diane Gujarati, of New York
Robert Anthony Molloy, of the Virgin Islands
John Fitzgerald Kness, of Illinois
Silvia Carreno-Coll, of Puerto Rico
Philip M. Halpern, of New York
Barbara Bailey Jongbloed, of Connecticut
Tax Court:
Travis Greaves, of the District of Columbia
You got that right!
Every single one of em
That includes Manchin!
That includes Doug Jones!
That includes Sinema!
Just wanted to beat that into the heads of all you people around here who think Manchin or Sinema is your friend.
True, but Mitch slammed through 11 of them on the last day of the session last year.
There are many pending nominations (but the list is getting smaller over time); but most need to be extensively vetted from scratch by the FBI, especially at the Circuit Court level, as this would be the first Federal position for most. Appeals Court nominations that are promotions from the Circuit Court only need updated vettings.
Just wanted to bring this tracker to your attention. Excellent graphic depiction of where we were & where we are.
