Based on what I’ve read sounds like a pretty total and unequivocal açceptance of responsibility. Iran may not be that far off to being open to dialog about other things at this moment. Since they’ve taken responsibility I wonder what their willingly to compensate the victims and generally work through this situation with Ukraine and Canada.
The larger question is were Canada and Ukraine entities in violation of American sanctions?
Should these entities be brought to heel?
