Fresh off his Golden Globe win and ahead of Oscar nominations being announced, Joaquin Phoenix was arrested, along with other climate change protestors, on Friday, Variety has confirmed.
Jane Fondas last Fire Drill Friday protest in Washington, D.C., saw the actor march with hundreds, including stars Martin Sheen, Maggie Gyllenhaal and Susan Sarandon, and give a speech about the effects of the meat and dairy industries on climate change. According to United States Capitol Police, 147 protesters were arrested in total for the unlawful demonstration.

No one needs to agree with me on this type of stuff.
Most of the time I may issue a pass to a leftist, who is also an artist of some sort, because I really appreciate their art, and I know that, for whatever reason, creative people tend to be on the Left.
Usually I only issue passes to musicians, but in this case, Joaquin gets one too.

LOL!! Used to love to watch TV and movies but after seeing what some actors believe or practice........have problems with that running through my mind as scenes evolve or ‘whatever’.
