Just because he represents a district with a high percentage of military and veterans does not mean he speaks for them in this.
I can virtually guarantee you most combat vets would rather obey the orders of the Commander-in-Chief when action is needed than wait for the circus known as the Congress to debate endlessly over whether or not to take action.
I spent 36 years of my life in service to this country and I think this guy joining with Pelosi in her obvious political ploy is beyond the pale.
Then, he tries to cover himself in the mantle of service members and vets in his district? Despicable.
This belies common sense.
Pelosi REFUSED Pence’s call to notify her of the rocket/missile attacks. Now, she wants POTUS to notify her IN ADVANCE? This is akin to the 3:00 a.m. telephone call meme.
Some education on this issue will go a long way.

100% agree- what he did was despicable- I’d like to know who the other 3 republicans who voted for the act were, and who the 9 were that were too cowardly to vote at all- they likely wanted to vote against our president, but were in vulnerable districts and in fear of losing their seat-
