One of the Mexican gunmen who killed a U.S. Border Patrol agent, consequently sparking the Obama administrations Fast and Furious scandal, was sentenced to life in prison.
U.S. District Judge David C. Bury on Wednesday sentenced Heraclio Osorio-Arellanes to life in federal prison for first-degree murder. The sentencing follows Osorio-Arellaness involvement in a 2010 border shootout between Mexican gunmen and U.S. officials, resulting in the death of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry...
Osorio-Arellanes fled the scene and evaded justice for many years. However, Mexican authorities arrested him in 2017 in Chihuahua. He was extradited to the U.S. in 2018 and then convicted in February 2019. The Mexican national is the sixth of seven defendants to be convicted for the 2010 shooting so far.

Seriously, she did
Obunghole and Holder should be tried convicted and HANGED for being accomplices in the murder of this Border Agent!
I’d love to see corroborating info on that to add to my very extensive bookmarks on Fast and Furious. Got a link?
Hard to believe the Sec. of Homeland Security was hanging around southern AZ/northern Mexico in the middle of the night.
Whole situation was very bizarre with lots of weird stuff going down
She actually ordered that the primary murder suspect in custody be released back to Mexico on the pretext he was supposedly a confidential informant of some kind , as uf that were relevant.
Almost happened, too. Would have, in fact, were it not tor the fact that the Border Patrol, FBI, DHS and State and Local LEO defacto mutinied and refused to comply .
Treats were made to go public with what was going down in the case if she didnt back down.
She backed down
Very bizarre behavior
That's funny, I collected every link I could at the time and followed F&F like a bloodhound yet never heard of this. And most of my links still work which tells me that "internet-scrubbing" of news is tinfoil hat.
Anyway ...
Not about destroying links, its about search parameters and how older , historical information is archived .
I’ve never found that to be a problem.
When I do searches I usually find more from the past than I knew about at the time.
