When they start drastically cutting the prices of waterfront property, thats when I will start to believe that the ocean levels rising is a real problem.
I want my $10 ocean front mansion

It might rise on the lists of those realtors who aren’t very good at their profession.

I will contact my local realtors and offer them one penny on the dollar on the listed price for coastal prices.
I will explain the prices should reflect “climate change”.

When the Obama's run away and abandon their ocean side home, I might be a little concerned about Gorebull warming and the coastal areas flooding.

I can't help but notice that the biggest proponents of “climate change” all have multimillion dollar mansions near the coast of Florida, California or the European side of the Mediterranean Sea.

I’ve never known a realtor who worried about anything other than his commission sheet.

The very title is a lie. If developers were afraid, they’d stop building on the waterfront OR be requiring flood walls akin to what the Dutch have.
