I will contact my local realtors and offer them one penny on the dollar on the listed price for coastal prices.

Pffft! Their climate will change if they’re not making their commissions. They’re better served focusing on reality and not fantasy.

When the Obama's run away and abandon their ocean side home, I might be a little concerned about Gorebull warming and the coastal areas flooding.

I can't help but notice that the biggest proponents of “climate change” all have multimillion dollar mansions near the coast of Florida, California or the European side of the Mediterranean Sea.

I’ve never known a realtor who worried about anything other than his commission sheet.

I’ve never known a realtor who refused to sell his client a property he wanted.

The very title is a lie. If developers were afraid, they’d stop building on the waterfront OR be requiring flood walls akin to what the Dutch have.
