There is probably a GS-13 somewhere who is upset that the Secretary of State is acting like he has a role in foreign policy.
Yes, and I'm sure the Democrats will find him and have him indignantly testify that democratically elected and idiots their appointed amateurs are ruining the work of heroic career diplomatic professionals. Voters can no more be trusted with foreign policy than guns. Surely this is impeachable!
