I have wondered who the Defense Contractor was who was killed.

The death of Sacramento resident Nawres Waleed Hamid is cited as one of the reasons the U.S. government killed the Soleimani, sparking concerns of a potential war with Iran.Noor Alkhalil, Hamids wife, spoke with The Sacramento Bee from her Arden Arcade apartment. She felt something was wrong when Hamid stopped responding to her phone messages. Shortly after, she received a knock on her door. Hamids employer, Valiant Integrated Services, broke the news of his death.
From Iraq, arrived in 2011.

Poor sap of a linguist. Heaven forbid that someone should try to facilitate communications.

Yesh, people forgot all about HIM. I guess people like this guy and his family are supposed to be disposable.

U.S. contractor killed in Iraq, which led to strike on Iranian general, buried in Sacramento No, it led to the U. S. making strikes on five of the Iranian general's groups in Iraq and Syria.
Then Iran tried to invade our embassy and perhaps kill our staff there.
That led to the strike on Iran's general.

We should thank this man, and say a prayer for him.
He is a hero in that he circuitously got rid of Salami of Iran.

The pay is decent, but dangerous. You have to be a true believer to head back to the combat zone. This man may not have been born an American, but he was an American patriot. RIP.
