Let’s get this ball rolling. I want to see Nancy get whooped on this.

Uh, what dumbassery. Make nanzi hand over the paperwork then take it under consideration for an unspecified length of time. Or simply dismiss it.😳

I can’t figure out why Manchin hasn’t switched parties yet. Stay tuned. May still happen.

I remember back then that everyone thought the "trial" in the Senate (under these rules) was a sham with a preconceived outcome. Some loved that, some hated it. But that is indeed what it was.
Good move to pull them out, especially since those old Dem farts that go back that far will surely have voted Yes for them back then.

Just issue a ruling acquitting the president, saying no articles of impeachment were presented nor any evidence the President did anything wrong.
To: pepsi_junkie
It’s quite comical to have the same rules the democrats insisted on being brought out and smeared in their faces.

Good..let’s end this nonsense NOW..no witnesses, just say “We vote for the acquittal of the President of the United States” end of story..if the Dems want to start this insanity in the house again fine who cares..but this craziness dies in the Senate
To: Preachin'; Cboldt
Apparently it’s hard to embarrass them. Double standards? No problem.

...but Susan Collins and Lisa Murkowski didnt take the bait... Watch for the Dem pressure on these two when the Senate does vote on witnesses. The vote now is just kicking the can down the road.

Let’s see if Chucky Schmucky Schumer votes against them this time, after he voted for them in 1999. I’m wondering if all Dems will vote present, or just go for Nay. Maybe we’ll be lucky, and they’ll all storm out, and never come back.

NO TRIAL, just dismiss. I don’t trust McConnell and Graham. Never did.
