Owning Tesla stock leads to an experience I like to call the Maalox Roller Coaster. In less than 30 days, I’ve had less than two handfuls of TSLA give me over 1/3 of the gains of ten times as much AAPL, and both are up a lot, AND I have a pretty modest portfolio. The AMD stock (a small taste of that) has just sat there — in fact, it did better before their big announcements this week at CES. The shares were up over $1, now they’re down 40 some cents.

I suspect an upward trend in Friday premarket trading, a higher open, and a regaining of this lost ground before noon. A bit of a selloff wasn’t surprising after the gain on Wednesday.
