By their law, shouldn’t the Prime Minister sign the resolution first before it becomes official?
Also, this was a partisan vote as half of their parliament was EMPTY during the vote. Only the Shiites voted for it. The Sunnis and the Kurds were CONSPICOUSLY ABSENT.
