Personally, using the term "cultural sites" strikes me as odd. Why would we do that? That doesn't sound like a thing we would do.

BUT...

I have learned Trump knows what he is doing. I trust him and I feel certain there is a very good reason he keeps using this specific term. It doesn't matter if I understand fully; the people this message is intended for know exactly what he means.

I would suspect he’s referring to mosques and other civilian sites where the Iranians have hidden missiles, launching sites, etc. and that they know exactly what he’s talking about.
