California and Illinois are losing the most residents ...and most of ‘em are moving to red states...

When those Red States turn blue, Kalifornia, Illinois, and NY will have accomplished their goal. Blue Dems will vote Dem wherever they are. They don’t or won’t associate catastrophes like Cali and ChiTown with Democrat policies and ideologies. Better they stay where they wre.
