This appears to be a sort of another Baghdad Bob sort of Iraqi threat, esp. since it has not yet been carried out. It would surely be self-defeating for Iranian puppets in Iraq, in any event.

It also occurs to me that by now, Pres. Trump must surely have this info., which leads to a number of interesting thoughts and questions.
