We wish they were flooding in but they aren’t. Look at all those empty seats, should have been 10,000 people there, it’s a lost cause most likely in VA

that pic was before or after it started. Look at the other pics....no empty seats and the “lawmakers” seats are all full too. Also, they dont allow “standing” and packing these meetings. I wouldn’t be surprised if there was a lot more outside. That said, the “lawmakers” will not listen to the people until it gets personal, such as camping out on their lawn.

Governor CoonMan Northam and the rest of the demoKKKrats obviously didn't want them there.

There were 4 meetings scheduled around the state yesterday, January 2nd - 2 at 10:00 am and 2 at 12:00 pm. This was in the middle of the workday when all good pro 2nd Amendment folks normally are at work on the first day after the New Year's holiday.

And for whatever reason, VCDL (not sure who else) just found out about it on New Year's Day and sent out their VA-Alert email to subscribers.

I got the email when I checked my inbox and posted it immediately on FR at 6:32 pm on January 1st.

THe state did very little to advertise — I learned about the hearings on my drive to work thursday, which was too late to change my work schedule.

The hearings were on the first work day of the new year, BUT conveniently still when teachers were off work for the holidays.

The democrats then tried to pack all the hearings with teachers, to ask for more money — I’m sure the teachers unions were given a heads-up on the hearing schedules.

I am happy that so many gun owners were able to mobilize on extremely short notice.

They were represented at all 4 meetings, although the Richmond NBC station worked hard to get a picture at that hearing that ONLY shows the teachers union representatives, who had taken up most of the seats.
