He was under control, had turned over his nuclear weapons program, and wasn’t causing his citizens undue harm.

Not true. The “Arab Spring” was designed to give the arab countries over to the Muslim Brotherhood, Zero’s favorites. Egypt rejected it, and Syria fought back. Only Libya was taken over by the MB.
