Yes, and we have seen, in recent years, voting results held back time after time, until other results were in. Results in large, urban areas.
Of course we know Dems would never cheat.
If Trump wins Virginia its all over. This could be a place where, if the polling data about growing African American support for Trump is true, could have a decisive impact.
Not a shocker to normal people...
