Good point. I had to look it up; it seems like that scandal was so last century. But it actually occurred in 2011.

Joe Paterno should probably be Number One. "The seriousness of the charge” got him, all right. But the nature of the evidence bears some resemblance to that in the Kavanaugh hearings.
