Police Chief Brian Hornaday should blame himself. He’s the one who posted the story and pictures on Facebook accuse the other City and McDonald’s. And hehad his daughter try to make it go viral without any investigation. I think that is why we don’t hear the cop’s name. Chief Hornaday is more to blame.
