A warmer earth will mean less water locked in the ice caps - and more in the atmosphere. When the next glacial maximum comes, the earth will be REALLY dry.

Is this true globally or only in certain places like Israel where they’ve made the necessary investments and achieved innovations?
I remember doing a report in High School (40 years ago) about desalination plants taking ocean water and turning it into fresh water. IIRC, it was something about temperature and pressure changes and condensation. I think that Israel is using them a lot now.
