Hunter Biden's attorneys fired back Monday after a private investigation firm again attempted to stage a highly unusual intervention in his ongoing child-custody dispute in Arkansas, this time claiming its investigators have lawfully obtained access to Biden's bank account records and confirmed his involvement in a massive, $156 million "counterfeiting scheme."
In a motion to strike, Biden's legal team unconditionally denied the unverified claims, and called the effort by the Florida-based D&A Investigations another obviously bogus "scheme by a non-party simply to make scandalous allegations in the pending suit to gain media attention without any material or pertinent material."
D&A claimed in its most recent filing Dec. 27 with the court in Independence County, Ark., that it has provided attorneys for Lunden Alexis Roberts, who was seeking custody over the child she said Hunter Biden fathered, "access to [Hunter Biden's] bank account records subject of known felonies including fraud and counterfeiting." D&A was seeking to be added as a party to the case, claiming it could support Roberts' accusations and prove that Biden was involved in illegal activity while dodging discovery quests.

Same attorneys fired back about Hunter never having sex with that women. And DNA determined that was a lie.
However, the investigator needs to put up this info now.

It would GENERALLY not be a good idea for an attorney representing someone seeking child support to allow investigators to put on evidence of criminal activity, especially felonies, of the person they are seeking support from. Such a move could endanger future support as you can’t pay if you’re in jail. Also, criminal proceeds can often be confiscated or subject to restitution.
I know people want Biden to go down (as do I) but I question how things are begin done here.
Nope...Qanon never said anything about counterfeiting.

I have not seen any of his posts at Free Republic for months.
Refusing to pay taxes, counterfeiting and tax evasion... all criminal felonies.
This is Biden’s son.
This is what Biden's attorney thinks he said, but what the public heard was "blah blah blah."
On the other hand, what the PI said and what the public heard was the same: "Hunter Biden -- counterfeiting scheme."
Hunter can defend himself in court: its more than the Democrats gave Trump.
One might surmise that Hunter doesn’t conduct all of these ‘events’ without some crew behind him. Hunter might start looking at his fellow associates and find that they’ve bundled up a couple of fake bank bond papers and sold them as legit bonds...with Hunter unknowingly attached to the group’s extra activities.
Hunter, to me....doesn’t seem that bright, and would be easily fooled into hanging out with criminals.
I think this is the more likely of scenarios going on, and Hunter has a problem to clear up before the PI turns the stuff over to some legal team.
The PI needs to give it to Wm. Barr!
Oh, the Q-philes are still around - some of that stuff is interesting to read but barely above tabloid fodder.
Hunter or his team could be bundling fake allegations with the truth to mitigate damage. Once counterfeiting is debunked, they can discredit the entire message of laundering and counterfeiting.
Well, he claims he's unemployed now anyway.....LOL!
I think they HAVE put up the info. The questions at hand is the judge (and Hunter) doesn’t want to let the info in as evidence.
It’s war. Be glad Hunter (and his dad) aren’t being dragged downstairs and shot in the back of the head.
