Pancreatic cancer only has recognizable symptoms once it’s already too late.

Pancreatic doesn’t show up until one day you have the worst gut blockage of your life that nothing except a big greasy cheeseburger could cure but nothing moves. Not the gallbladder so that leaves just one other possibility.

It doesn’t present with symptoms. If you talk to people who catch it early, it is usually a fluke. My wife had unspecific gastric issues, and they caught a blood level that was out of the norm. If she were not having regular blood tests for another “non threatening” condition, it would have been months.

And men generally ignore the symptoms because they ignore the “little signs.”
