The picture is fuzzy. That may be a shooter or the police.
It’s not the police. It was caught on a live stream as it happened, an armed church member took out the bad guy as it was happening.
To me the one on the top left looks like a cop am I wrong? The one dressed in black on the top right looks like the perp
