That means a full 10% of blacks need to switch, to make a 1.3% change in the overall vote.

Hispanics are not a block vote... Cubans are overwhelmingly GOP. South Americans is my family were in the Trump Train before I was.

It’s closer to 60-40... but so much of that is driven by California and isn’t consistent across the country.
