Hispanics are not a block vote... Cubans are overwhelmingly GOP. South Americans is my family were in the Trump Train before I was.
It’s closer to 60-40... but so much of that is driven by California and isn’t consistent across the country.

Keeping them there, keeps them from polluting the voter base of other states.
