Yes.

The best self-help book I ever read, and the one that helped me when I really needed, was “Full Catastophe Living, by Jon Kabatt-Zinn It was essentially a tutorial on how live in each moment by exercising mindfulness. I think I’ve read it 3 times now.

Kabatt-Zin later wrote a book, “Wherever You Go, There You Are: Mindfulness Meditation in Everyday Life.” Not as good, not much to offer but, if I remember correctly he attributed the title to Ram Dass.
