The interviews were conducted online and the data were weighted to approximate a target sample of Registered Voters based on age, educational attainment, gender, race, and region. Results from the full survey have a margin of error of plus or minus 3 percentage points.

This poll indicates they are paying the respondents to give out all their personal information about themselves. I wonder how many people would refuse to give out that information even if they were paid? That should skew the poll sample. Also skewing the sample is the number of people who do not respond to polls at all and the number who are never called because they have a secure cell phone number.
