Just the use of the term Tsar indicates heavy Soviet influnce in Bammy’s fascist rule.

When Cuba had Soviet missiles we saw photos of them. We heard proof that the Soviets shot down KAL 007. Now we get an “IC assessment” with no proof that Russia “hacked” DNC servers, because, you know, we wouldn’t want to reveal how we know that.
