If a liberal SCOTUS justice were to suddenly pass away, I bet Pelosi would transmit those article in a split second.
I think that the president should argue that if the house adjourns for the year before sending the articles of impeachment to the senate those impeachment proceedings are null and void with the whole process having to be started over again after sitting a new house.
For what reason? Ginsberg’s vote would be a liberal vote.
Incoming would be a conservative vote. No benefit to the Dems for sure.
