Stop blaming the victim. And if you read the article you would know that this obsessed asshat sends the mail to her lawyer.
Let’s beg the question, why the hell is he getting parole while he continues to obsess and attempt contact with the victim? Are they not spot checking his mail? WTH are they doing, because it’s certainly not their “public safety” job.
