On March 9, 2016, Department of Justice (DOJ) oversight personnel learned that the FBI had been employing outside contractors who had access to raw Section 702 Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) data, and retained that access after their work for the FBI was completed.
This information was disclosed in a 99-page FISA court ruling on April 26, 2017, that was declassified by Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats.
That wasn’t an isolated incident and the improper access granted to outside contractors “seems to have been the result of deliberate decisionmaking” (footnote – page 87).
The FISA court noted the “FBI’s apparent disregard of minimization rules” and questioned “whether the FBI may be engaging in similar disclosures of raw Section 702 information that have not been reported.”
Section 702 permits the government to target foreign persons located outside the United States for surveillance, with the purpose of acquiring foreign intelligence information. Oversight of Section 702 collection is conducted by the FISA court. For more on Title III and Section 702, see here.
On the same day of the discovery of the FBI’s use of private contractors, FBI lawyer Lisa Page sent a text to FBI agent Peter Strzok: “Need to try to fix a HUGE who f-up.” Page quickly corrected her typo by texting “Wfo”—an abbreviation for the FBI’s Washington field office.
Page would later send another text on the same day, noting, “Need to go meet with andy again now.” Andy was then-Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe.

Why? He’s connecting the legal decision of FISA Judge Rosemary Collyer to the later action to obtain a FISA Title I warrant against Carter Page.
The FBI “contractors” who were in the NSA system were pulling volumes of data down on numerous people. They were undoubtedly doing it in illegal spying on all electronic communications of Carter Page, Gen. Michael Flynn and the entirety of the Trump campaign.
That’s where this entire SpyGate problem sits. They fell back from the Russian Dossier to a conversation George Papadopolous had at a bar with Alexander Downer, the former intel head of Australia.
No one is buying that BS what AG Barr called nothing more than a “suggestion of a suggestion.”
This is the nuke they need to keep hidden or else SpyGate explodes.

related topic - I know I either saw a video or read obama clearly stating he intended to have Trump looked into prior to the election. I don’t find it as i looked a few months ago. I recall at the time thinking it seemed wrong or at least some what out of line since so much was being talked of hillary wrong doings and bill and doj lady having tarmac meeting and various other red flags of the time, yet obama commented he would look into trump.

Like the Hillary email treason, the news came out and Obama (who cannot claim that he knew nothing, saw nothing ...)THEN DID NOTHING about the national security threats and criminal activity within his administration.
After all, no worry, Hillary was gonna be elected and sweep everything safely under the carpet when her regime started.
We need a Mueller style investigation of the whole FISA/Hillary/etc... thing -— Investigate EVERYONE who was even marginally involved/associated, every relative and lawyer and contact of these people to be investigated in full detail (including up to Obama) and identify all the crimes/collusion THEY were involved in, and maybe ‘turn’ them to be witnesses for the prosecution(s) so to demonstrate how across-the-board evil they ALL are.
After all, that’s what the democrats did to Trump, SO it MUST be the way things work now ...

Admiral Rogers is the one who tipped off Trump that Trump Tower was bugged and his Transition Team was being spied upon. So Trump immediately moved his Transition Team to his golf club in Bedminster, NJ.
Do any of the Oct. 2016 dates coincide with Comey’s reopening of HRC’s case? It would seem that is why he was covering his $ss. Also, sounds like Loretta Lynch was in this up to her fat turkey neck. she was AG and letting all this happen.
