Then any time anyone jumps ugly on a company for not having the required number of - insert protected class here - the employee/s drawing the short straw/s can self-identify as whichever class is needed.

How is it that this whole self-identify transgender thing spread across so much of the world and now you are whoever you say you are that day and that it’s illegal to deny this “right”?

Heh. When I was a little kid we were in the hippie generation. Mom and I were in line at the store and some long hair was in front of us. I yanked on his shirt and asked if he was a guy or girl. LOL. And needless to say my mom was embarrassed as hell BTW.
Sure glad I didn’t know then what we’d be like years down the road.
