Someone should start a pool to see how many months it will take for someone on Fox News to figure out that what they have been touting as an impeachment inquiry was actually an elaborate obstruction of justice conspiracy.
Two years ago in 2017 before Biden was even a candidate he appeared before the CFR and literally confessed to the crime of bribery to a foreign official.
A friend of Rudy Giuliani at the SDNY called him up and amazed him by showing him the video and telling him that they had been contacted by Ukrainian officials with substantial evidence of Ukrainian interference in the 2016 election against his client, President Trump. This evidence could be used as a defense against the pending Mueller probe.
In addition to the election collusion evidence that led to Manafort’s fake news hit piece from Michael Issakoff, Giuliani received court affidavits and official letters that confirmed that Joe Biden paid off Petro Poroshenko to have Viktor Shokin fired because he would not close his cases against Burisma Holdings where Biden’s son was on the board.
Giliani tells what he found to President Trump, again before Biden had even hinted he would run in 2020, which shocked and angered him. He does not want taxpayers money going to corrupt countries based on the evidence that he was now aware of.
Trump calls to congratulate Zelensky on his election. Zelensky starts talking about how he wants to clean up corruption in Ukraine. Trump agrees and asks him to cooperate with the US AG to find out what happened passing on the information he was aware of including the bribe to fire the prosecutor.
Eric Ciaramella gets a tip from Vindman who was on the call that the jig may be up on the campaign violations that Ciaramella participated in when he asked Ukraine minister Andreii Telischenko to get dirt on Trump campaign ties to pro Russian groups and that led to the resignation of Manafort. He also worked closely with Biden and may have first hand knowledge of the bribe.
Ciaramella freaks out and contacts staff in Adam Schiff’s Intel Committee office to try to head off this investigation. Schiff comes up with the “whistle blower” scheme to trigger an impeachment inquiry which first requires that they change to statute to allow hearsay evidence. By doing this as a whistle blower and demanding complete anonymity with no testimony the scheme prevents Ciaramella from future obstruction of justice charges unless the veil is pierced.
The obstruction of justice scheme is complete when Trump is publicly shamed for doing his job and US State Department plants in the phony Ukrainian anti-corruption org, NABU, get new special prosecutor Kulyk fired after he reopens the Burisma money laundering investigation.
That’s the case in a nutshell. Unfortunately the impeachment fraud has made this so radioactive that even Bill Barr is apparently afraid to take it on. Visas for the witnesses have been blocked by the State Department and Shokin is recovering from attempted murder by mercury poisoning so time is running out to expose the plot.
Once Biden is exposed and Telischenko testifies about Ciaramella’s involvement the obstruction of justice will be clear.
Maybe the Congress can vote to expunge the impeachment based on its fruit of the poisoned tree origins but I’m not holding my breath for that level of justice.
Butthead O’Rourke said he won’t be running for Senate this time around.
They figured out how many other races were lost by his campaign receiving the most funding. This time around he will be campaigning on behalf of state congressional seats instead.
