OKLAHOMA CITY —
Rep. Kendra Horn, of Oklahoma, announced Tuesday morning that she has made the decision to vote for impeachment of President Donald Trump.
Horn (OK-5) released the following statement regarding the articles of impeachment under consideration in the House of Representatives:
“I came to Congress to fight for Oklahomans and to find common ground by uniting lawmakers around bipartisan solutions – this is exactly what I’ve done and will continue to do. I did not come to Congress seeking impeachment, nor do I agree with the extreme voices on either side. I am disappointed in lawmakers on the right and left who pre-judged the outcome of this investigation, whether they condemned the President before hearing all the facts or attempted to derail the process rather than improve it.
“It is with a heavy heart, but with clarity of conviction that I have made my decision. The oath I took to protect and defend the Constitution requires a vote for impeachment. This is not a decision I came to lightly, but I must do my part to ensure our democracy remains strong.
“Our founders put in place checks and balances between three co-equal branches of government to ensure that no one is above the law. Allowing one branch or president to ignore our laws and Constitution would set a dangerous precedent.

She was told, in no uncertain terms, that if she wants help in November she has to vote with her team. Or, then again, she should be all about it. If so, then say that you are and stop tap dancing around saying that you want to work with everyone.

I responded to her on her contact page. I suggest that everyone respond to their own congressman accordingly. They must be shown to be who they are. Part of the letter:
“Good or bad, you will make your vote and now will have to live with the consequences of it. You announced that you will vote for impeachment. It is sad that you will not be re-elected, as you have decided that your interest is better served with Pelosi and the leadership, as well as Hollywood and their money machine”.
Why do any of them even pretend to "make a decision"?
I wonder if there will be a PAC31? A fund set up to funnel money into the GOP challengers in each of the ‘rats districts.
They have dem reps in OK? Who knew!
How do we start a movement to deliver moving boxes to all these losers?

If the Republicans don’t win that seat, it’s because they don’t want to.
Unfortunately, my backbencher Pelosi lackey is extremely safe and such sentiments just roll off him. Not that I don’t try.
How much did Pelosi pay for her vote? Why did OK voters think she would represent them? They were fooled.
Yes they will. They were told there would be hell to pay if the don’t. That is why the NJ rep is switching parties.
