In all seriousness, your post does give background information that tells more about what's going on in the minds of the people in that neighborhood.
In every group of people, there are scandals, secrets, and people who do wrong. It's not surprising that the Orthodox Jewish community has its own scandals.
But, the issue with this Board of Ed member is that she's trying to justify the murder of innocent people, just because those victims happened to be associated with a group she doesn't like.

It’s not all that different from not wanting your town dealing with a large influx of people from any other culture, maybe speaking another language, except that the ultra orthodox largely have US citizenship. Maybe dual Israeli also.
But there is a high use of state taxpayer money in the form of welfare.
Even Israel has problems with the ultra orthodox on welfare.
