Back this way, we call it ‘Kentucky windage’. Point that-a-way and pull the trigger. LOL I don’t know how much PSI that thing generates in terms of recoil, but I bet more than a few shoulders were dislocated or broken from firing one without some sort of gimballed mount on your boat. These pics simply don’t do the sheer size of a big punt gun justice. My, God, they’re huge. A man would have to be 20 feet tall to shoulder one the way we’d fire a regular 12 gauge. They weigh almost a hundred pounds. I was in awe the first time I saw one.

My mental design of such a beast was more along the lines of a tilt rotor long range bot with a M2. Using the extended range available from the tilt rotor configuration, it could travel to and land somewhere in the bad guys backyard, and set up shop in the dark of night. Using passive/active IR sensors, it would wait for the bad guys to appear, do its deed, and then quietly fly away.Very simple and elegant. I love it!

Rev. 9:1-11 show eco friendly pests that do no harm to even the grass, but with face recognition of sorts, don’t kill, but make life painful for those without the seal of God in their forehead.

I think the only way to fight it would be with microwaves.
A gatling gun shooting frozen water or carbon dioxide pellets, pellets made on-site.

muslims with gun toting drones...bad combination. it is only a matter of time before terrorists get their hands on these or Turkey uses them against civilians.

If you fired a recoil-stabilized weapon it doesn’t make difference do you fire 3 or 10 rounds.
To: Forgiven_Sinner
Every weapon ever made has some sort of direct or indirect countermeasure. This is a 5.56mm rifle on a really sophisticated mount. The obvious counter measures begin with passive protection (body armor, light vehicle armor), then through disrupting target acquisition (smoke, flares, etc), disrupt communication (jam the signal), disrupt operation (anti aircraft systems), or finally disrupt the operator (find their base and attack it).
Any system has a vulnerability somewhere, you just have to find it.

Easily handled tech. No problem. Counter-commands to the rotors.

(The above is not a statement of fact. It is either opinion or satire. Or both.)
