That's really good news for Pelosi, who wasn't sure she had all the votes she needed, and for those wavering dems in red districts. Now they can claim they "never voted to impeach" with a straight face.
If the full House never voted on it, does impeachment even exist? McConnell should demand a full vote with names recorded of every rep and their vote.
Dems and the media are trying to bluff this through...
The official house vote is 12/20/19 - a Friday of course so they can all go run and hide until after Christmas & New Years.
