Petropavlovsk once was the most heavily defended location in the former USSR. Considering the brutal climate and maritime environment it is not surprising it has decader into rusted junk.

Is not this one of two from Japan. Japan has built trucks for Joey Izzu’s NK Mech Infantry too. Japan faced US sanctions at that time.
