So now even federal judges will not uphold federal laws.
It is illegal for illegal aliens to be here, how can it be legal for states to give them driver’s licenses?

Same could be said for all the people voting for Bush League Republicans who repeatedly push and vote for amnesty.

Their office holders are invalid. Citizens should do as they please such as taking library books, raiding public pensions or any measured action concerning your States, that you do not get caught just as illegals are not be penalized.

Then no New York citizen will be allowed to fly using a DL as ID to pass TSA.
California did this a few years ago and now we have to get REAL ID is we want to use our driver’s lic as an ID when we travel by plane.
To get a Real ID you need a birth certificate (or a passport), two types of identification that confirms your address, and your social security card.
New Yorkers will soon discover they will need something more than their drivers license when they want to travel. Thanks liberals
Now illegals can rent cars and drive them to upper NYS, to Roxham Rd. and then cross into Kanadahar where the RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police Porters) can meet them, carry their baggage into Kanadahar and offer them tens of thousands of dollars of benefits that poor, LEGAL Canadians CANNOT afford!

Great, now we can all go apply for a valid fake ID. Then apply for a few credit cards to max out.

But will they get the “gold ID” start if they get a NY license? In SC, we submit, Passport, Social Security and a bill from the local utility (proving we exist I guess) and $25 to get this special “star” that gets us on planes, etc ... a “REAL” I.D. If they are giving them out for free, then the gold start idea is null and void and I want my $25 back!
